We sling, slap, splatter, smear, hurl, pour, whip, pistol and crash paint into canvas. We
let the body lead. We let the chaos breathe. We let the colour fly.
It’s playful. It’s cathartic. It’s a little feral. And it feels marvelous.
You don’t need to be an artist (though we all are, really).
You just need to show up willing to get magically messy, have fun, and let your body
speak in colour.
