All visitors must hold a valid ticket purchased online or at the venue.
Please review your ticket details carefully before purchase. Changes of mind, incorrect selections or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
If you miss your booked session time, we will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee entry into a later session.
Haven Gallery reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful toward staff, other visitors or the artworks.
Guests under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the gallery.
Please follow all staff instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Photography is permitted unless otherwise indicated.
Please avoid touching installations unless clearly designed for interaction.
Tickets are non refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded.
