2. All entrants must hold a valid pre-booking or box office ticket upon entry. Adhering to the booked time slots and dates are appreciated- but don’t stress- if you need to come at another time, simply …….. Please refer to the separate ticket regulations available HERE. If you have any questions, our staff will be happy to assist you. In special cases, we will seek to offer you an alternative, but there is no entitlement to a replacement in the event of a no-show or delay. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event/session/price details. Incorrect selection of tickets, change in personal circumstance, change of mind, and/or dislike of an event does not entitle the purchaser to a refund or exchange.
3. All entrants under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by parent or guardian at all times and receive parent or guardian permission to participate
4. Haven Gallery reserves the right to, without refund, refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who otherwise fails to comply with our Terms and Conditions or behaves in a manner that would place Haven Gallery in breach of its approvals.
5. Photography is only allowed without flash. A maximum of 15 seconds of video recording is permitted. Please note that the use of the images is for private purposes only. Any commercial exploitation of films and photos taken on the premises of Haven Gallery is not allowed or requires the written permission of the management.
6. Please interact with the installations as appropriate. We are especially pleased to welcome our younger guests and ask the accompanying persons to ensure proper interactions and consideration for other visitors at all times.
7. You are liable for the damages caused by you or those entrusted to you.
8. Please take care of your wardrobe and other private objects. Do not leave any bags or the like unattended in the exhibition area. We are not liable for lost or damaged items. If you have found or forgotten items in the rooms or on the exhibition grounds, please inform us. We will be happy to help you.
9. Smoking is prohibited in the entire exhibition area. The use of e-cigarettes, shisha and e-shisha or similar is also covered by the smoking ban. Of course the consumption of drugs is strictly forbidden in general, the excessive consumption of alcohol is included here. Persons suspected of being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol may be denied entry.
10. The consumption of food and drink on the premises is prohibited, unless purchased at Haven Gallery.
11. Animals, with the exception of trained assistance dogs, are not allowed on the entire premises.
12. For your safety the premises are also under video surveillance. By purchasing your ticket to Haven Gallery and/or attending Haven Gallery you are agreeing that photographs and/or footage of you may be used by Haven Gallery for promotional or advertising purposes.
13. To the extent permitted by law, Haven Gallery is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your attendance at Haven Gallery . This includes people with limited vision or people who are adversely affected by flashing lights. If you do have limited vision or are adversely affected by flashing lights Haven Gallery recommend you don’t participate in Haven Gallery

​The instructions of the supervisory staff must be followed. In special situations, these instructions may go beyond the instructions for conduct already listed in these house rules. In the event of violations of these or disruptions to exhibition operations, the visitor may be required to leave the premises.

The employees of ‪Haven Gallery are permitted to execute the householder’s rights in the interest of the management. Please be as calm and considerate as you would expect other visitors to be, so that everyone can have a good time at Haven Gallery.
